ALITA SELECTION CHARDONNAY
Naturally fermented white medium dry sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. The wine used for production is sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy.
Aroma and flavour
Dominant light floral and cream tones, taste – body typical for Chardonnay.
Consumption
Good as aperitif. Goes well with snacks, sea food, chicken and veal dishes with cream sauce. Best chilled at 8 °C before serving.
