ALITA RESERVE BRUT

A white brut – a sparkling wine with natural fermentation, made from Chardonnay grapes. Produced by the traditional method for sparkling wines (“Methode traditionelle”) – secondary fermentation takes place in bottles, matured in dark basements for at least 12 months. Production uses wine from the Italian Emilia-Romagna region.

Aroma and flavour

A harmonious aroma with distinctive tones of bread crust and nuts. Taste is pleasantly dry and refreshing.

Consumption

Good as aperitif. Goes well with snacks, main courses and matured cheese. Best chilled at 8 °C before serving.
