ALITA CLASSIC MEDIUM DRY

Naturally fermented white medium dry sparkling wine. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. The wine used for production is sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy.
