ALITA CLASSIC MEDIUM DRY
Naturally fermented white medium dry sparkling wine. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. Made from grapes grown in the Southern European region.
Aroma and flavour
A pleasant, gentle aroma, a light and fresh flavour.
Consumption
Suitable as an aperitif, also pairs with hors d’oeuvres and young semi-hard cheese. Best served chilled to 8°C.
